We started The Lucky Ox because we wanted to carry these recipes forward through the Asian American experience we grew up with. We've watched many parts of Asian culture become mainstream, most of it not reflective of us and how we grew up. We started The Lucky Ox to bring our own corner of it forward and help shape how it gets remembered.
